Forbidden Fruit Labs LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making the Godmode AI website and related services accessible to everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, magnification, or other assistive technologies.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act guidance in the United States and by EN 301 549 under the European Accessibility Act.

• Semantic HTML structure with proper landmarks, headings, and link text across the site.
• A “Skip to content” link on every page so keyboard users can bypass navigation.
• Alternative text on informative images and accessible names on interactive controls.
• Color contrast targets that meet WCAG AA for text on both light and dark sections.
• Support for the “prefers reduced motion” setting: decorative animations are reduced or disabled when your operating system requests less motion.
• Keyboard operability for menus, dropdowns, forms, and interactive components, including visible focus indicators.
• Accessibility review as part of our development process for new pages and components.

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. Known areas we are actively improving:

• Some animated and interactive blog components (calculators, comparison widgets) are still being upgraded for full screen reader support.
• Some embedded third-party content and video players follow their providers’ accessibility practices, which we do not control.
