Built by two guys who were too lazy to keep doing it manually.
We were running 10+ e-commerce brands and got tired of paying agencies five figures per store for worse results than what we could build ourselves. So we built an AI that does it better, faster, and cheaper. Then everyone wanted it.

How did Godmode AI get started?
The problem: five-figure agency costs and 3-4 week timelines
Godmode AI originated in 2024 as an internal automation tool. We were running 10+ e-commerce brands, ranging from 6-figure to 8-figure annual revenue, and identified a critical inefficiency in how online stores get built. The standard workflow required hiring designers, briefing copywriters, waiting on developers, and paying CRO agencies for every single product launch. Each store launch followed the same exhausting cycle: weeks of back-and-forth with freelancers, multiple revision rounds on copy and layout, and thousands spent on CRO agencies, often before even knowing if the brand was going to survive long enough to justify the investment.
We were launching 10-20 products a week across our brands. At agency rates, five figures per store and weeks of turnaround, that was physically and financially impossible to scale. And even when we did pay up, agency-built pages frequently underperformed what we'd built ourselves. The disconnect was clear, agencies optimized for aesthetics, while we optimized for conversions based on real split-test data from our own stores.
The solution: automating the entire workflow
Rather than continuing to pay agencies, we built an internal tool that automated the entire workflow, from research to a fully optimized product page built around real customer data. What previously required separate teams, agencies, and weeks of coordination got compressed into a single pipeline that could produce a complete, conversion-optimized funnel in minutes:
- Product data extraction from a single link,a competitor, supplier website, or popular marketplace
- Competitor analysis of pricing, positioning, and page structure across the target niche
- CRO rule application, conversion patterns derived from hundreds of multivariate A/B tests across our own portfolio of brands
- Copy generation using real language mined from customer reviews, not generic marketing templates or AI-generated filler
This compressed our store-building timeline from weeks to under 5 minutes per product page, fundamentally changing the economics of launching new products.
The turning point: internal tool becomes a company
The results were immediate. Stores built with the tool averaged a crazy boost in ROAS, consistently, outperforming everything we'd paid humans to build. It became obvious: employees, freelancers, and agencies weren't just expensive, they were producing worse results. Why wire five figures to people doing a worse job than our own tool? So we stopped.
By early 2026, we decided to launch the tool publicly. That internal automation became Godmode AI, and it has since been used to build 900+ pages (tracked since public launch in 2026), with tracked revenue exceeding $41.9 million and a 4.9/5 average user rating from countless reviews.
What has Godmode AI achieved?
Why was Godmode built by operators, not engineers?
Most AI tools are built by engineers who've never sold a product online. They optimize for “cool tech.” Godmode is different because it was built by people who are in the trenches, people who know that a page isn't “done” until it converts, not until it looks pretty in a Figma file.
What are Godmode's 700+ CRO rules?
CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) rules are evidence-based design and copy patterns that increase the percentage of store visitors who make purchases. Godmode's 700+ CRO rules are derived from multivariate A/B testing across 100+ e-commerce brands. This is real data, not theoretical best practices from blog posts, but patterns that demonstrably increased conversion rates in production stores with real revenue.
How does Godmode compare to agencies?
Godmode AIWinner | Traditional Agency | |
|---|---|---|
| Build time | ~13 minutes | 3-4 weeks |
| Cost per store | Fraction of agency pricing | Five figures+ |
| CRO rules applied | 700+ per store | Varies by agency |
| Average ROAS | 14.2x | Industry average |
| Competitor analysis | Yes, automated | Manual, extra cost |
| Review mining | Yes, automated | Rarely included |
| Ad creative generation | Yes, included | Separate agency/retainer |
Who's behind Godmode?
We're not a VC-funded team of engineers who read about e-commerce in a blog post. We're operators who still run stores every single day. We use Godmode on our own brands before anyone else sees it. Every feature, every CRO rule, every update gets tested on our own revenue first.
Godmode is the tool we wished existed when we were grinding through store #47 at 2AM. We built it for ourselves, and now we're sharing it with everyone who's tired of overpaying for underwhelming results.

What does Godmode AI stand for?
Every e-commerce operator deserves agency-level output at a fraction of the cost.
Not generic AI templates with your logo swapped in. Real, conversion-optimized stores built on real data, the same quality that traditionally costs five figures from agencies, delivered in 13 minutes with an average 14.2x ROAS.
We believe the future of e-commerce isn't about more tools. It's about fewer. One tool that replaces what your designer, copywriter, CRO agency, ad creative team, and developer do, but faster, cheaper, and backed by more data than any single human could process.
That's Godmode.

Godmode AI was founded by Liad Badash and Henri Boileau, two e-commerce operators who have collectively built and scaled 10+ brands with multiple 6-8 figure exits. They built Godmode as an internal tool in 2024 to automate their own store-building workflow, which previously cost five figures per store and took 3-4 weeks, before launching it publicly in 2025.
Godmode AI started as an internal automation tool in 2024 and launched publicly in 2025. It has since been used to build over 900 pages across 23 countries, tracking $41.9M+ in revenue with an average ROAS of 14.2x.
Godmode was built by e-commerce operators, not just engineers. Every one of its 700+ CRO rules comes from real A/B tests across real stores, not theoretical best practices. It also uniquely combines store building with review mining, competitor analysis, and ad creative generation in one tool, replacing an entire stack of separate agencies and software.
Godmode AI builds stores in approximately 13 minutes versus 3-4 weeks for a typical agency, at a fraction of the cost. Godmode-built stores average 14.2x ROAS and apply 700+ CRO rules per build.
